The staff, particularly Manisha, Mr Vikram Tingare, and Akshata, were cordial and responsive, though there seemed to be a need for further training in guest management. Room service was consistently prompt, and the buffet at the restaurant showcased a variety of appetizing options. The hotel's strategic value is evident, with amenities such as a fitness center and valet parking enhancing the overall experience. While the ambiance and attentive service signify a luxurious stay, the pricing reflects a smart investment for travelers seeking comfort without compromising on quality.
